Chapter 25 Valerie

• I walked down the stairs from the bathroom where I had spent most of my time crying. I was so angry and ashamed at myself, I mean after spending the night before telling myself that I wouldn’t cry for a guy that didn’t want me only for me to see him kissing Tianna which sent the flood spilling down my face in seconds.
• “ There you are Val, I’ve been searching all over for you” Maria suddenly called out to me causing me to turn to look at her. Immediately she saw my face, she rushed over in fear” Oh my God! What happened to you?” She waited for my response but soon continued when she saw none was forthcoming.
• “ Come to the kitchen. I need your help with something” She told me, already dragging my hands into the kitchen against my protest.
