Chapter 28 Never In His Life

• Kyle spent the whole afternoon keeping Louis company, it wasn't until the evening that he stepped out to prepare dinner for Louis. He met Malik in the kitchen, looking for something in the fridge. Noticing his presence, Kyle stopped by the kitchen door and crossed his arms, watching as Malik stood before the fridge. He brought out an apple from a section in the fridge and bit into it before looking in Kyle's direction.
• He frowned when he saw Kyle standing by the door. “Why are you standing there?”
• “Louis needs to leave this place,” Kyle said, ignoring the question Malik had asked him.
