Chapter 82

• I won’t lie but I’m kind of looking forward to seeing her reaction. This whole thing I have planned for us, for her, will mean nothing if she hates it. It’s funny that I’m hoping it’s not the case, and it’s even funnier to realize how much I care for her opinion. My stomach is practically crammed with twisty knots.
• When I was with Aurora, things were a lot different. She always stayed away from me and the things I was fond of. Showed no interest in my life or me. Ever. She humiliated me repeatedly, and tested my patience day and night before I finally snapped.
• I do take responsibility for what happened between us. I do feel awful for all the horrifying things I’ve done. Neither can I take that back, nor can I make them right.
