Chapter 16 Second Night

• Once again, I find myself walking down the hallway that seems to lead to my doom. Despite taking an entire week to prepare myself for a second encounter, I still do not feel nearly as confident as I had hoped.
• My wavy auburn hair is visible in my peripheral vision and I recall Sera's hesitance when I asked her to wash out the black dye and return my hair to its natural state.
