Chapter 36

• “Good morning” Darlene said to the nurse that was on duty behind the counter. They were familiar with her. Heck all of them were familiar with her. She knew there were others like her who had family and friends here. That had been patients for a long while and it seemed like they weren’t going to get out. It was sad, but that seemed like her reality.
• “Ms Welch. Nice to see you again. It’s been quite a while since you visited”.
• “Things have been different from what it was. You wouldn’t imagine”.
