• He was ready for the talk that would come the next morning. There was no way that she was just going to sleep without thinking about what he said. Or she could have slept. She gave off that kind of thing that she didn’t care. He wasn’t just expecting her to like him back just because he said so. She had been the one to bring this up.
• Instead of having an internal argument he decided to get up and go down for breakfast. Moment of truth. He had told her what he had on his mind. Having breakfast wouldn’t be any different unless she wanted to continue ignoring him. He stood up and made his way downstairs.
• He could hear Reginald talking. And he knew the man was still too young to be talking to himself. Getting there Darlene was there and she was telling him to add more fruit onto her plate.
