• “Gather around everyone.” Jonathan clapped his hands, grabbing the attention of the scattered teens in the open field. “Listen up! We have a very important game coming up, it’s one of the last games of the season and I want us to be at our top game.”
• Emerson stared blankly, picking at his nails as Mason’s words lingered in his head. People like that shouldn't be allowed to be alive.
• He stood a few paces behind him, which was odd on its own and could see Mason glancing in his direction every few seconds.
