• As soon as Rocco mentioned Dylan's name, a scoff escaped my lips, and I could hear Zachary chuckling as well. It struck me as amusing—Dylan is his boss. Is he kidding me?
• "Do you think we're joking with you? Dylan is your boss! Did you really think what we were doing to you was funny?" I asked, my anger rising. Rocco had no idea that his behavior was only fueling my anger. I knew I wasn't calm enough to let him play games with me like this; if he kept it up, I would start punishing him without stopping, even if he begged me to stop so he could confess until I felt satisfied.
