• Next Day _ Venom's POV
• I slowly opened my eyes, just waking from a deep sleep. I realized this was the first time I had slept so soundly through the night since what happened with Angel. It was all thanks to Angel's happiness yesterday, which brought me joy as well and allowed me to sleep peacefully.
• As I looked down, I saw Angel resting her head on my chest. I was surprised to find her eyes wide open, a smile still bright on her face.
