• "Why do you look like that? What happened to her?" Rocco asked immediately, concern etched on his face as he noticed the doctor's trembling.
• Before the doctor began treating Angel, Rocco had issued a stern warning: nothing could happen to her. She had to survive, or else the doctors would pay the price with their lives.
• They knew he was a monster; the doctors hadn’t come of their own will. Rocco had forced them at gunpoint to come and save Angel, and now the doctor couldn’t shake the fear of what he had to tell Rocco.
