• “You sure you want me to stop here?" Sinclair questions as I give him the helmet, and I nod with a small smile; smoothing my Hands down my hair.
• “Yes, I'm sure. Thanks for the ride.” He hums, and I take that as my cue to leave. Pulling on the straps of my bag, I turn in the opposite direction, and stride towards my school.
• Hearing the engine revving behind me; my stomach drops in disappointment as I turn around to be met with Sinclair pulling out of the building.
