Nothing was more enjoyable for Evangeline Rutherford as she stepped through the lobby of Giselle's unit. Her steps were not as fast as usual, her body felt crushed due to the intensive training schedule ahead of this weekend. But she still came, fulfilling her promise to make healthy snacks for her three friends.
In the midst of fatigue that gnawed at her joints, Eva's lips remained thinly curved. None of the pain could match the warmth she felt because there was someone waiting for her arrival.
