Chapter 22 Reassuring

Soon, everyone started looking around for this killer. What could it be? They all wondered. Luca moved swiftly to Sheila's front shielding her from any danger. He calmed his senses as he tried to listen to where the footsteps were coming from.
He held his sword out waiting for any movement around him. Soon, he heard footsteps, very silent ones but he was able to pick up the sound and quickly rushed forward slaying the person. Everywhere went silent again and he didn't sense any other steps around. Opening his eyes, he watched as everyone moved towards what he had slayed. He looked at it's face, it didn't seem like an ordinary creature, it was able to kill two people in less than a minute without anyone noticing.
“Do you think there are others out there?” Jorah asked Luca who shook his head in response.
