• When I get home, I crawl into bed between Susan and Sherrie, snuggling against the warmth of their naked bodies. I try to sleep, but the image of Danae's battered body keeps popping into my brain. I try thinking about Nicole, Maggie and Carolyn, but it isn't enough to erase the guilt from this evening. I finally doze off, waking when I hear Susan coming out of the shower.
