• Walking into Nolan's living room, I was met with absolute silence. I had just gotten the first batch of the invitation card to my birthday party. I wanted both him and Nolan to be the first people I gave it to me. It was in a week and I'm sure they've not forgotten given they were both engrossed with their newfound interest. They wouldn't dare do that.
• "Nolan?" I called out loudly again walking into his bedroom. He wasn't there either. I hadn't seen him in school all day so I was sure he would be home. Where was he? I suddenly remembered the only place he would be if he was not upstairs. Downstairs in the underground basement.
