• I barely got through the rest of the school day and I was glad when it finally ended. All I wanted was to go home and curl into a ball but I had to go for my part-time job. This was the first time I didn't feel excited going over to Betty's diner. The bus finally stopped and we got down. Only Jade and I had a shift today.
