Chapter 105 Weird Behaviour

• "Do you miss our mate? Why don't you call her?" Ulric asked for the umpteenth time. He's been like this for an hour, almost sounding like a broken record. I sighed and dialed Genevieve's number again but I got no response.
• "Why isn't she responding?" he asked out of frustration. I haven't seen or spoken to Genevieve ever since we parted ways at the fundraiser. That was yesterday. I called, texted, and even went to her home but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was almost as if she vanished into thin air. But it's been barely twenty-four hours so I didn't want to jump to conclusions. But on the other hand, we've never spent this much time without speaking to each other before.
