• “Mom, Jane rushed into her mother's waiting arms. “Oh my darling.” Evelyn hugged her daughter affectionately. “I’ve missed you mom.” Jane's soft voice sounded. Evelyn chuckled. “In a week's time, you will be a married woman. Your husband's house would be yours, you have to get used to it. “Alright mum.” She mumbled.
• “Where is dad and Desmond? Jane gazed into the dining hall, and, seeing her brother and father was nowhere to be seen,I thought you invited me for a family dinner.”
