Chapter 34

• Isadora was sitting cross-legged on the couch when Dominic walked through the foyer. She had a glass of wine in her hand and she looked thoughtfully at him. He could see the questions in her eyes, and he took his jacket off as he walked toward her.
• She emptied her glass, looking pointedly at Dominic. He couldn’t really read her expression, other than questioning. He had to know she was still there with him and that they hadn’t corrupted her.
• “Are we diving into this fuckfest first, or do I have time to shower and change?” Dominic asked her as he stopped in front of the sofa where she sat.
