• Devin turned to his large brother-in-law. “I appreciate your help here, Boone.”
• Boone shrugged. “Family helps family.” He motioned to where everyone was waiting. “Brought a friend from the US Marshall’s office.” His smile was big. “Helps with the jurisdiction problem.”
• Devin nodded and checked his phone for the tenth time. Where was Calum with the others? There was no way he was going in there without him present. That, and he was bringing Noah and Griffin. Both were very necessary. Griffin would recognize any guests who worked with Aiden. Noah would know guards. It also helped that they could do things without shifting that others couldn’t.
