Chapter 29 Desperate

The next day, they both entered the company together. Amanda is still wearing her secretary attire even though Byron told her last night not to work but Amanda refused because she needs to earn for her family. She won't rely on Byron and Byron's family, she still hasn't lost in her mind what Byron is; payment for her family's debt.
When Amanda went to her cubicle, Byron also stopped walking and turned to Amanda. "You stay here?" Byron asked.
Amanda frowned and looked at him in surprise. "Why? Where should I be? This is my place since then," Amanda answered simply.
