Chapter 22 Finding Her Sister

• While Amanda hurried away with Byron, Jayson, and Marla, they first left Mia with the neighbor because Marla also wanted to see Mariz. Amanda is restless as they are on their way to the place Jayson says to pick up Mariz. Amanda doesn't understand what Mariz wants to happen or do but once she sees her sister, she won't let their parents do what they did to her again.
• "Didn't Mariz really tell you why?" Amanda asked Marla still not losing her concern. Jayson held Marla's hand.
• "She didn't tell me or not even a word, she just went with our parents on purpose," Marla replied weakly. And as well Amanda sitting in the front seat is getting even weaker.
