• Amanda swallowed once while still looking at Byron, still not losing her astonishment at what Byron was asking and saying. Who would not? Byron will show her how much he hates her and after a minute, Byron will suddenly say something that made Amanda surprised. Like now, Byron says he doesn’t want to see Amanda talking to or with another man. Any woman would be confused by the displays of mixed signals from men.
• “It's true, I can't understand you and I don't seem to understand you anymore. Maybe it's better if you just talk to me the way you talked to me before. Stop giving me mixed signals, Byron because I can easily fail. ” Byron couldn't speak immediately when Amanda suddenly came out of the office, leaving him confused as well.
• "What did I say?" Byron asked himself. He sighed and looked at the ointment cream he was holding,she didn't give it to Amanda so he did nothing but throw it on the floor.
