• Alex didn't know what she was doing there. Sure, it was an arrangement and all, but that place was strange, and she didn't know how to act.

In fact, there was no one to teach her; she had always lived and learned from her mistakes. However, that place was a minefield. Andrew came from a wealthy family, his friends were elegant, and she worried about how she would be perceived.
