Chapter 28

• Willow stopped right in front of him and just as he wonders what she is up to, she picks up his wristwatch from the table and places it over his wrist. Her fingers brushed feathery light on his wrist as she clasped the ornament and Simon sucked in a breath at the contact.
• Next, she picks up the tie from the chair. The tie was green and matched the shade of her gown. He had purposefully chosen the colour after seeing the beautiful gown she wore. She looks at Simon with eyebrows arched. She wanted to break the silence but the words died in her throat, because he was staring at her so intently.
• "What are you doing?" He asked in a shocked whisper.
