• I raced up the stairs, heading to my room hurriedly. I opened my door, making sure it didn't hit the other side of the wall with the force I had used to throw it open since I was sure Ardyn was still in the room. I closed it behind me, walking in further as I went to the wardrobe to grab a change of clothes.
• I picked out a black sweater and black jeans, grabbing my black face cap to match. I threw them all one the bed, moving to my nightstand so I could charge my phone briefly as I started taking off my clothes.
