- I wake up, my body heavy, feeling sore in places that don’t make sense. My legs ache, and a dull throbbing sensation pulses between them. I shift in bed, trying to understand the feeling. There's a stickiness between my thighs, and the scent—*his* scent—lingers on my skin, unmistakable. I can taste him too, faintly on my tongue, like he’s been here.
- A wave of nausea hits me. *Has Adam been coming into my room? Bedding me while I sleep?* My chest tightens at the thought. Every instinct tells me something is horribly wrong, but I don’t want to believe it. I *can’t* believe it.
