Chapter 41 When things don't happen as per the expectations

• I leaned forward and pressed my lips against his. I waited, anticipating the moment he would roughly seize my mouth with his, yet he remained perfectly still. I slipped my tongue into his mouth until I felt mine delicately curling against his. I explored his mouth, trying new ways to kiss him and play with his tongue.  I could feel his erection begin to press against me,  but Aiden still didn't move.
• I shifted in his lap, grinding myself against his hardness. He releases a low growl in his throat. I continued to kiss him and rub against his hardness. I reached for his jacket and pulled it off.  My hands reached for the buttons on his shirt. I fumbled with them until his chest was bare.
