- "I'm going with you." Simone cracked her knuckles, her petite frame practically vibrating with rage. "I'll claw her eyes out myself."
- For someone so small, Simone had always been terrifyingly fierce. She stood barely five-foot-two with soft curls and a cherub face that made strangers want to pinch her cheeks. But underneath that sweet exterior was a wolf who fought dirty.
