Chapter 70

Ace slammed the car door shut and followed Brianna into the mall. She decided to take him out today as she felt it would help him cool out a bit of fur to the heated atmosphere of his house.
She looked over at him as he took gentle strides beside her and smiled. She took pride in Ace whenever they went out together, there was this inexplicable charisma with which he walked and this elegance that exuded from his person.
Samson had started treating the boy a bit unfairly since the whole issue with Victoria started. Brianna couldn't blame him anyways as she just felt he was doing so out of utter frustration. She had persuaded Victoria many times since the issue with her husband to let her take Ace to her home at least till the whole drama died down but Victoria would not bulge.
