He pointed at the screen, trying to catch the shadow's movement to figure out what it might be. "Do you want me to enhance the image to see if we can get a clearer view?"

He adjusted the contrast and brightness, hoping to reveal more details in the shadow. After a few moments, he turned the screen back to Queency and the group, pointing at the clearer image of a person walking across the parking lot, his face hidden.
• Zayn, alongside Travis continued enhancing the image, zooming in on the person's face to reveal any discernible details. As they worked, Travis spoke reassuringly to Alejandro and the team, "I'm doing my best to enhance the image and bring out as much detail as possible. We'll get to the bottom of this and find out who that person is."
