Chapter 53 New Mission

• Carmichael sighed, considering his next words carefully. "You have a chance to redeem yourself," he said, his eyes boring into Jeff's. "After all, I saved you, I am pretty sure they have another base, I need you to go back to the warehouse, and find out everything you can about the Dragon clan's plans. Are you up to the task?"
• Jeff hesitated, but then steeled himself. He knew he had to make things right. "I am," he said, his voice filled with determination. "I won't let you down again." Though he knew this task was going to be dangerous, he just hoped that those in the clan who saw him would be dead by now.
• Carmichael nodded, satisfied. "Good," he said. "This is your chance to prove yourself." He continued walking over to his chair as he slumped on it with a sigh.
