• “If you guys had just listened to me and left when I asked you nicely, then this wouldn’t have happened.”
• “Say what now? It’s you two who should have left and not me. That woman is my mate and I am not leaving her.”
• I couldn’t stand these two and always hated the sight of them but seeing them right now made it all worse. Not to mention that they were still arguing even after Bethany collapsed.
• We were all naked because our clothes shredded into a thousand pieces when we shifted and they were both arguing over ownership when we should be worried for Bethany.
• They were too childish for me to even take them seriously. We had better things to be worried about. We were so carried away with our argument that we all shifted and scared her and now, she was laying in her bed still passed out while the two fuckers argued.
• “She’s my mate and not yours!”
• I rolled my eyes. They were both wrong. Bethany belongs to me. She is my mate. I met her that night at the club two weeks ago and knew the minute I set my eyes on her. she felt it too even though she was human. She felt our connection.
• I made the mistake of leaving her and that’s how these fuckers found their way into her life too and now because she let them touch her, they think they own her. Well, not on my watch. I have waited so long to find my mate and I am not about to give her up to these losers who couldn’t even manage their packs properly.
• “Why aren’t you saying anything? Are you trying to act like you are more mature than us again?”
• Nicholas asked and they both turned to me. I growled at them.
• “Don’t you two sound stupid? Bethany is literally lying in her bed after she passed out from seeing us shift. She is human and shouldn’t have witnessed something like that until she’s properly aware but we carelessly let her see us in our natural state. While we should be worried about that, you both think it’s the time to continue fighting?”
• I fired at them. I couldn’t stand them. I wanted to toss them out of the house but that would lead to another fight and I wasn’t ready for another fight right now.
• “Well, it wouldn’t have happened if you bot---”
• “Shut the fuck up, Justin!”
• I yelled at Justin, cutting off the rest of his bullshit. He wasn’t sensitive enough to know that this wasn’t the time to be fighting for Bethany. She was still out of it and it had been over thirty minutes since she collapsed.
• “Shouldn’t we be more worried that she hasn’t woken up yet? Aren’t you both ashamed to be naked and fighting in a woman’s house?”
• I let out. Wolves are used to seeing each other naked because we lose our clothes each time we shift to our natural form.
• It was however shameful for us to be standing naked in a human woman’s house and even more shameful to be arguing even though we naturally don’t like each other.
• I have known these two fuckers for years now and we have never once liked each other, our packs share borders and that’s the worst thing that has ever happened to me. Having these two around my pack. We never got along and neither did our packs.
• “Stop acting like you are my alpha. Don’t tell me to shut up either.”
• Justin said. The arrogant fool never listens and that’s why I hate him even more than I hate Nicholas.
• “Did I say I was your alpha? Can’t you use your common sense?”
• I yelled out to him, he charged towards me like he was ready to fight me. I dodged him and pushed him.
• “The both of you should get out now!”
• Nicholas yelled at us.
• “You are insane if you think I will leave Bethany alone with any of you.”
• I yelled right back at him. I made the mistake of leaving Bethany two weeks ago but not again. She belonged to me and my pack and I will make sure she comes home with me where she belongs. The gold moon central pack will be her home soon.
• “I am not leaving either, like I said, she is my mate.”
• Justin said, Nicholas scowled and went to sit down. We really need to sit and talk about our current no-clothes situation because we couldn’t have Bethany wake up and meet three naked grown-ass men in her living room.
• “We should put all that aside for now until Bethany wakes up. She will choose and I hope the three of us are mature enough to accept whoever she chooses.”
• I let out. Their grumbles didn’t do anything to me because I was confident that Bethany would choose me. Surely, she slept with them out of boredom and I didn’t make it seem like I would come back. Now that I am back, she won’t have a problem choosing me.
• I know that fact because no way these fuckers satisfied her the way I did and no way she responded to them the way she did to my touch. She took my mark and that means she belongs to me. We are mated and I already claimed her so these fuckers will leave when she wakes up.
