Chapter 137 Country Club
- The country club he went to was not one he expected. Of course he didn't expect any country club to be owned by non shady people but for this particular one that was owned by a church, he was genuinely surprised.
- The country club sprawled over a lush expanse of land, its pristine lawns trimmed to perfection and the scent of jasmine floating through the warm air.
- White coloured buildings stood in the distance, designed like a mission style monastery with tall arched windows and red clay roofs. A silver cross shimmered directly above the main clubhouse, nestled between terracotta tiles. Classical music played softly from hidden speakers. Inside, polished wood floors gleamed beneath golden chandelier, and subtle murals of biblical scenes adorned the corridors. Despite its supposed religious ownership, the place was far from modest. It exuded opulence and affluence.
