• There was a hint of guilt that washed over Victor's face as he hesitatingly answered, “I'm sorry I hid it from you. But let me get it for you.” He took to his heels to retrieve the body cream from his bag but Daniel called out to him.
• “You don't have to worry yourself. I'm okay.” Daniel replied, his voice a mix of calmness and firmness. He knew Victor was only trying to act nice again because of what had happened earlier.
