Chapter 3 Deep In The Mountains (Part Three)

  • "Calm down, Derek?' Raymond said. He knew he shouldn't have brought the girl to the forest. But he didn't know what was wrong with him. He felt drawn to the girl and wanted to help her. He even tried to ignore her, but he couldn't. What was really going on with him.
  • "I know you could kill her and nothing would happen, but the girl desperately needs assistance. Please give me a week, Derek, and I'll sort it out and get her out of here. I promise, I can even erase her memories and she won't remember me or this place,' Raymond said, knowing he had to persuade Derek otherwise he would kill her without hesitation and there would be nothing he could do about it. "You didn't even want to tell me about her; you wouldn't have told me if I hadn't smelled her on you.
  • One week is all I'm giving you to get her out of this mountain, and she should never remember this place,' he said as he walked out of the room. Raymond sighed, relieved that Derek had agreed with him.
  • And the next question is whether one week will be enough time for him to assist her in finding a place to stay.
  • Oh, man. He should have given it more thought before agreeing to a deal with Derek.
  • He transformed into a wolf, and his eyes turned a gleaming blue. He dashed towards the mountains, entered the one he lives in, and assumed human form. He was wearing a robe, but he needed some fresh air, so he yanked it off and let the long sleeve hang on his waist. He began walking towards his room when he noticed her playing with the water with both of her hands, as if she were a child. He smiled and folded his arms across his chest, deciding to watch her, and she was entertaining to watch.
  • After twenty minutes She got up and turned towards Raymond. She kept looking at Raymond. He was so handsome with his six packs and he looked like he was training his muscles, and it was so toned. He was handsome.
  • "I'm sorry, did I scare you?" Raymond asked as he took a step forward and stood in front of her.
  • "How are you feeling now?" he asked, placing his right hand on her forehead and his other hand on his as well. "Seems like you're feeling better now," he said as he took his hand away.
  • "Are you hungry?" he asked, smiling, and she nodded her head. "All right, wait a minute while I get you something to eat," Raymond said cheerfully before departing. Selina wondered how they got away from those men. When he returns, she'll probably ask him about it. How can a handsome man live alone in such a place? Is he the only one who lives on the mountain? she wondered. Raymond dashed into the forest, wondering what humans actually ate; he had no idea what they ate. But all he did was take what he knew and flee so he could give it to her.
  • Selina sat down on the floor and before she knew it. She noticed Raymond, who was carrying a sack bag. He approached her and opened the sack bag, revealing the items he had bought for her.
  • "Will you eat this? Choose anyone you want to eat and I'll bring more for you," he said cheerfully. Selina was taken aback and wondered who on earth eats things like this. There were crabs, tortoises, snails, earthworms, rabbits, rats, apples, and oranges. She had no idea what was going on, so she got a little scared and chose an apple.
  • "Is that the only one you want?" he inquired, and she nodded. He packed everything and left. He returned a few minutes later and poured all of the apples and oranges on the floor, both of which were about 100 in number.
  • Selina's mouth gaped open. This was a lot of work.
  • "Should I bring more?' he asked cheerfully.
  • "No, don't bring anything. This is okay?' Raymond was stunned for a moment as Selina held his hand and it was so warm that he smiled.
  • They became friends as a result of this. Both Selina and Raymond gradually realized they were in love with each other. Raymond took Selina on a tour of the mountains. This mountain was more than just a mountain; it was a heaven that glittered and speckled. where everything was so perfect. The animals were friendly to her, and it seemed as if nothing bad ever happened in this world. They were head over heels in love and in the middle of sightseeing Raymond kissed Selina and she kissed him back as well. It felt incredible, and Selina wished she could stay here forever.
  • When Selina was preparing dinner one evening. Because Raymond is unable to cook, she stacked the firewood so that the fire could burn hot and quickly heat the food. Raymond entered the room after taking a bath and sat beside her, kissing her on the cheek, and Selina smiled.
  • "Didn't you just take a bath?' Raymond smiled and nodded as she spoke. He then shook his body and hair so violently that water was straining the entire area. "Come on, Raymond. Stop that, and stop shaking yourself like a dog,' Selina said as she laughed, taking a towel beside her and cleaning his body herself.
  • Raymond laughed. "How am I, shaking like a dog?" He enquired.
  • "They always do that when they want to shake off the water from their bodies," she explained. "Huh. So that's how they shake theirs as well. In any case, a wolf is better than them.' He smirked.
  • "A wolf. No, don't compare them, and besides, I don't...' She noticed the food was burning and went to inspect it. Raymond asked, staring at her. "Where are you from, Selina?" "Are you afraid of me?" she asked out of nowhere.
  • "No, I'm not afraid of you. I just want you to know that you can tell me anything and not be afraid. Everyone makes mistakes in life; I wanted to ask you, but I decided to give you some time?' He exhaled a sigh.
  • "If you don't want to talk, I'm not going to force you, so don't worry," Raymond said as he continued to clean his body with the towel Selina had given him.
  • She removed the food from the fire and began telling her story.
  • "My name is Selina Smith…'Raymond exclaimed. "Wow, Smith. Awesome. but, the name is strange though,' he still exclaimed, laughing.
  • Selina sighed. "Would you mind letting me finish my story before you speak?" she inquired. Raymond threw up his hands and surrendered. "Please accept my apologies, madam. So, go ahead with it, I want to hear all about it?' Raymond agreed, and Selina laughed. She loves Raymond, and his childishness is one of the reasons she loves him. She knew if she didn't stop him, he'd go on and on about her name and she will get distracted and not talk about it again.
