Chapter 12 Earthquake

• "Damon,' I called him and suddenly he got up and started running away and I dropped my bag and ran after him. He was running so fast and I was already getting tired. How could a human being like this run so fast, I couldn't even keep up with him.

• I ran after him and to the extent of reaching the school compounds and when I came outside and looked around. There was no sign of him, how could this be. I just saw him right now and he just disappeared. What is happening around here? The air was still filled with his scent and when I inhaled it, I knew exactly where he was and ran towards that direction. I continued running and running and running and still no sign of him. Then, I bumped in Beatrice and that was when I knew I was in trouble.
