Chapter 2 Deep In The Mountains(Part Two)

  • He shouted and threw a rope inside the hole out of nowhere.
  • "Quick, grab the rope.' Selina held the rope while Raymond pulled it up, and she was almost out of the hole with worms still on her body. Raymond quickly re-grabbed the robe, bent down, and carried her away from the hole, dumping her on the grass. Selina wondered how strong this man was to carry her like a piece of paper. He is extremely powerful.
  • Raymond handed her some green leaves from his pocket. "Hold it, it will drive the worms out of your body,' Selina said, and the worms began to leave her body, much to her surprise. Ray was then illuminated by the moon's reflection.
  • When Selina saw how beautiful this man was, she couldn't take her gaze away from him. He was the most beautiful man Selina had ever seen in her life, and she couldn't stop staring at him. He was like a God. The moon also reflected on Selina, and Raymond could see her clearly after adjusting a piece of his white hair behind his ear. He thought she was stunning. He has never seen a more beautiful human being in his entire life. He approached her, stood in front of her, and touched her smooth face. He was captivated by her beauty, and Selina felt the same way. They had no idea how long they had been staring at each other. With his sharp ears, Raymond heard the roars and shouts of the same people who were chasing her.
  • He immediately took her hand in his and began running. Selina heard it as well, but she knew they were getting close. She began running with him, not knowing where he was taking her, but hoping to get away from those men.
  • Raymond kept running; if she hadn't been human, he could've changed into his wolf form and run faster. No, this is not a good plan; if he keeps running with this lady, those foolish men will run deep into the forest, not caring how it looks, and will almost certainly reach the mountain, which will be too dangerous for them. Raymond had no idea why he was saving this girl; he could just drop her in the forest and let them take her and go on his way.
  • He didn't know what was wrong with him; he couldn't leave her, so he turned back and saw her crying, so he stopped and stared at her. "Are you okay? Why are you crying?' he asked calmly. "No, it's nothing,' she replied. She was terrified. She's never had anything like this happen to her before. If it hadn't been for the people who murdered her parents. She will not live a life like this. She was now homeless, with nowhere to go or flee to.
  • "Are you sure?' Raymond inquired, and Selina nodded. Raymond took out a bottle of water and handed it to her.
  • "Drink this, it will quench your thirst,' he said politely, smiling. Selina hesitated, staring at the bottle.
  • "Don't worry, it's not poisoned.' Raymond said and decided to drink from the water and handed it to her. Selina took it and drank from the water. 20 to 30 seconds, she felt dizzy and staggered, Raymond quickly held and rested her body on his while hugging her. Thank Goodness. She was finally asleep, he couldn't use his powers in front of this human, it could scare her away. His fangs started protruding, 7 inches long and his eyes changed to shiny blue and his white hair got longer and the breeze around started blowing faster, turning into a tornado. The whole trees around him, falling one by one. He stretched out his right hand and teleported to the mountain, inside his room and put Selina down on the bed and teleported back to where he took off.
  • "Now, time to show these fools, who is the boss of this forest,'' he said as he smirked and stretched out both of his arms and his body.
  • ****
  • Selina woke up, from the bed and looked around the whole place. She was perplexed as to how she got here. The last thing she remembered was that the young man had given her water, and that was the end of it. After that, what happened? She slowly got out of bed and looked around the room. The setting was stunning, with candles and diamonds adorning every surface, as well as jewelry and other trinkets. The place was even gleaming and white-painted. Wow, she had no idea there was such a place as paradise. It was cool and appeared to be refreshing. She stepped out of the room and found herself outside, surrounded by butterflies. They were mixed with different colors and were small, which is why some of them were large. She also saw a variety of colored fireflies.
  • Little crescent moons in the shape of light blue balls were flying around the area, and it was very beautiful. She looked towards the river, and it was very shiny. She walked towards the river, marveled at how sparkling it was, and smiled as she touched it. *This is so lovely* she thought.
  • She had no idea such a place existed in California. She would have had a vacation and visited this place. She suddenly remembered what had happened and began crying, tears streaming down her cheeks as she sobbed bitterly.**** "How could you do this, what's wrong with you Raymond?" Derek yelled as he slammed the table.
  • "She was in trouble," Raymond replied, rubbing his temples. "What trouble, how many times have I told you not to always involve yourself with humans, and how are you so sure she'll survive once she sees you?" Derek was enraged. Sometimes he tries to figure out what was wrong with Raymond.
  • "She cried for help, and I have to help her," Raymond said. Derek retorted, "Help my foot."
  • "Come on. She was being pursued by those people, and they could have killed her,' Raymond argued.
  • "Then let them kill her, she's human, and after all, they always die,' Derek left the table and dropped the book he was reading before Raymond came in on the shelf.
  • "Derek, you can't say that.'
  • "Where is she?' Derek inquired, and Raymond averted his gaze and pouted.
  • "She's up in the mountains right now,' "What!!!!
  • "Are you crazy right now? You couldn't possibly take her to the mountains. You should know that no human has ever set foot on this mountain. 'Have you gone mad?' Derek clenched his fists.
  • 'What will it take for me to push her out of there and have her killed?' He shouted.
