• I woke up quite early the next day and I went straight to the kitchen to make breakfast for Sasha. While doing that, I decided to call Clear. As usual, the number did not go through and I let out a heavy sigh, letting the phone down. I still had not seen or heard of her. But I knew that she was not dead. Killian Davenport had not killed her yet and I choose to believe that she was fine because when I went to see her mother at the hospital the other day, the nurse told me that she called the hospital to ask after her mother and said that she traveled and would be away for a while.
• The phone she used was a burner phone. One that could not be tracked. That was what Roman told me when I asked him for help. As he also added that I did not have to worry about Clear that she was fine. I had to see her and hug her to be certain that she was actually fine. I had to apologize to Clear for dragging her into my damned mess. Words were not simply enough to calm me down. I had to see her.
