• The moment the elevator doors closed, I turned to face Karina with anger in my eyes as our ride to the 40th and last floor of my office started. “What are you doing here?” I demanded in an angry tone. I seriously did not want to see Karina. I wanted to be pissed at her, but seeing her melted away all of my anger. I could barely stay angry at her, not when I was seeing her pretty face.
• “I came to see you.” She curtly said as we both stood side by side. The elevator was already on the fifth floor because I deliberately slowed it down as it was supposed to be faster.
