• I could barely get any sleep throughout the night. I returned to the room with my bag, showered, and just laid beside Sasha. I slept for only about an hour and when I woke up again, I remained awake till it was morning and was still buried in my thoughts, not until Sasha woke up.
• “Mama.” He called, wrapping his arms around me. And I smiled as I ruffled his hair. Hearing his voice made me feel at ease. It gave me the reassurance that everything was going to be fine.
