• We stood in a beautiful clearing with a pond just a few feet from us, it was peaceful and calm.
• "This is mine," Lane said to me. I looked around in wonder as a bird landed on my shoulder. I touched the birds head gently as Lane smiled. "They sense good in people."
• "This bird must be confused, I'm a terrible person who killed thousands," I sighed as he grabbed my hand pulling me into a waltz. He looked at me his sad blue eyes striking compared to his dark hair.
