Chapter 13 Just See If I Have The Guts

• Su Qi turned up just in time to stop Tao from reaching out to Liu Nian.
• His sudden appearance took Liu Nian by surprise, “Su Qi, what are you doing here? How dare you follow me!?”
• Su Qi pulled her hand without answering her, “Come home with me.”
• Liu Nian shook his hand off, “Let go of me! How dare you! You have the guts to follow me?!”
• His expression unchanged, Su Qi continued to grab her hand and said to her in a heavier tone, “Come home with me.”
• Then, the man stood up and slapped Su Qi’s hand away, “Hey. Are you deaf? Didn’t you hear Niannian?”
• At the same time, he frowned as he was shocked. He put quite a bit of strength into that slap earlier. By right, Su Qi should be howling in pain and yet he looked fine except for a faint handprint on the back of his hand. On the contrary, Tao’s palm was burning in pain.
• Su Qi gave Tao a cold glance. He would have bashed this man up brutally if not for the 5-year spell that was yet up to meet its term.
• “So this is the so-called Hong from the administrative office?” Su Qi glanced at Liu Nian while asking her with sarcasm.
• Liu Nian’s avoided his gaze sheepishly.
• It finally hit Tao of this man’s identity, “I was wondering who this can be. So this is the useless prick. What is his name again? Su Qi?”
• Su Qi felt a twinge in his heart when he heard that. It seemed to him that this was how Liu Nian had been introducing him to the others.
• Liu Nian did not reply but her silence affirmed.
• “So? Don’t you want to go on explaining?” Su Qi was furious.
• Liu Nian raised her head but was interrupted by Tao before she could say anything, “Don’t worry, Niannian. It’s actually better with him here as we can resolve matters. You are Su Qi, right? I’m Jiang Longtao, Niannian’s senior at university…”
• But before he could finish, Su Qi interjected, “Shut up!”
• Su Qi gave Tao a cold stare which gave Tao a jolt while his mind went blank with fear. He was terrified that his speech was ended abruptly.
• Liu Nian lowered her head, so she did not witness Su Qi’s horrifying aura. Otherwise, she would had doubted if this were her useless husband.
• “I’ll go home with you,” said Liu Nian as she raised her head. Then, she picked up her bag and walked towards the door.
• “Hey, Niannian…” Tao attempted to make her stay but she did not turn back.
• Su Qi took a deep breath, gazed at Tao so he could inscribe his outlook onto his mind before turning to leave.
• After getting into the car, Liu Nian and Su Qi did not speak to each other. The atmosphere was awkward and cold.
• The situation remained until they arrived home. The silence was finally broken after they went into the bedroom.
• “Who is he?”
• Su Qi looked at Liu Nian as he broke the silence. They were only meters away from each other but it felt like a galaxy away.
• Liu Nian took her jacket off to and hung it on the clothes rack before replying, “It doesn’t matter who he is. It has nothing to do with you. Just mind your business and stay out of mine.”
• On hearing that, the seething anger in Su Qi burnt more intensely. He continued to hold it back, “So you are confessing that he is your lover?”
• Liu Nian paused, “I didn’t say that.”
• “Liu Nian, in these 5 years, I have never once betrayed the Lius or you. Why are you doing this to me?” Su Qi went into a frenzy as he stared at Liu Nian.
• Liu Nian frowned as she sensed a change in his emotions and she said, “Suit yourself.” While heading to the door wanting to leave.
• Su Qi felt that there was a silver needle perforating his chest. There was no way he would let her leave. As a man, he could withstand insult and humiliation but definitely not infidelity!
• He grabbed Liu Nian by her hand and he pulled her back, “Tell me why you did this!”
• He looked ferocious and Liu Nian was petrified for once but she regained her courage immediately after reminding herself that he was a useless prick. “Su Qi, I have had enough! Think of how much I have spared you so just be grateful! I don’t owe you any explanation with regards my actions!”
• “Really? Ha ha ha ha!” Su Qi laughed loudly as he pointed at the wedding photo hanging on the wall. “I’m your husband. You had a dinner date with another man behind my back and got affectionate with him! You would have ended up in a hotel room if I didn’t stop you in time.”
• “Enough!” Liu Nian looked frigid, “Su Qi, you’d better stop as this is not going anywhere. You are getting on my nerve! You bloody loser and yet you have the gall to yell at me. I think your hat is getting too big for your head. My family fed you for 5 years or you would’ve died starving years ago. It’s none of your business who I go out and dine with!”
• Su Qi exploded upon hearing these words, “Liu Nian, I may be a useless price but I’m still your husband! You owe me fidelity! All these years of living with your family, I have obeyed your family’s every wish and never have I once go against your wishes. This is as good as a slave can get. If you have lost the feeling for me, you can very well divorce me! But it is wrong to be infidel! You must apologize to me and sever all ties with that man!”
• This was the furthest Su Qi could go for a compromise.
• Yet, Liu Nian showed no signs of remorse. Instead, she started screeching, “You want me to apologize? Haha, Su Qi, you are a joke. Firstly, I didn’t commit adultery. All I did was dining with him. I don’t care if you believe it. Next, so what if I really had an affair! Who do you think you are… Ah! Su Qi, damn you! How dare you!”
• Su Qi got furious and lost it. He grabbed Liu Nian by her arms and pinned her on the bed!
• Liu Nian panicked and started screaming, “Su Qi, do you want to die? Let go of me!”
• “You! Apologize to me and sever all ties with him!” Su Qi stared at her.
• “Dream on! Don’t let go if you have balls, and I’ll jump into bed with him right away to piss you off!”
• “You!”
• Su Qi trembled with anger while staring stubbornly at Liu Nian. A yet unfelt sense of agitation brewed forth, causing the seal to seethe in equally turbulent ferocity.
• “On a count to three, I will violate you if you don’t apologize to me and sever all ties with that man!” said Su Qi in a hysterical expression.
• “How dare you!” Finally, Liu Nian freaked out. Their marriage had never been consummated in these 5 years. They were only married in name and Su Qi had never touched her.
• “Are you challenging me?”
• Liu Nian gasped for breaths anxiously and at the same time, she was furious. She couldn’t believe that this useless prick was getting physical with her and even have the gall to pin her beneath him. There is no room for insubordination, this is an unforgiven and deadly offense. He is doomed!
• As she struggled, the buttons on her thin clothing opened and exposed her chest. This intimate contact with Su Qi made her nervous so she couldn’t help it but pressed her legs together tightly.
• Su Qi bowed to look at her, her flawless fair complexion aroused him and his heart started pounding so fast that it palpitated. They have been married for 5 years and this was not the first time he had fantasized about Liu Nian. On several occasions, he had intense desire and he would do naughty deeds while watching Liu Yan.
• Liu Nian was really gorgeous with an hour glass figure. She was a beauty of her own class. It was impossible to a man like him who saw her daily to not fantasize about her. He lived through the years through immense self-control.
• But now, his lust had been unleashed and he could no longer suppressed it.
• Now, he was trying to stay calm and he would let Liu Nian off so long as she expressed remorse and agreed to cut off all ties with that man.
• But Liu Nian was stubborn too. She was confident that Su Qi wouldn’t harm her. Hence, she sneered, “Su Qi, I despise you. You have no guts to touch me for you fear the consequences!”
• Seeing that Su Qi had stopped, she pounced on the opportunity and shove Su Qi aside. She sat up to straighten her clothes. Then once again, she sniggered, “You have just proven that you’re useless. That’s enough. Hurry up and get off me. You’re disgusting! I look down on you not because you’re a bum, but of your cowardly personality. You don’t even fight back. I don’t see the value of your very existence.”
• At this instant, a flash of red flickered in Su Qi’s eyes. He pulled Liu Nian with force and placed her beneath him again. Then, he grabbed her blouse and tore it open. In split seconds, Liu Nian’s clothes was ripped apart while exposing her flawless body!
• “Really? Then take a good look and find out if I’m useless!” Then, Su Qi kissed Liu Nian. He was no longer spineless!
• He was wanting to prove himself through his actions that he would do it.
