Chapter 48 Home

• He brushed his fingers through his hair as if he had just taken a bath. His lips opened as if to utter something but then closed again. He rose and proceeded to the location where I had thrown his coat earlier, from the level of our bodies. He shook it, and in the flash of an eye, I was standing, enveloped in the coat he had picked up, with no portion of my body visible because the coat was large enough to cover my entire body.
• "If you want me to do whatever you want to me, don't stay here. I shut the door so no one could see you." His voice became so powerful that even my strong-willed personality disintegrated. It was as though I awoke from a profound slumber when the lady bold who had before suddenly vanished.
• I was shocked when he carried me like a kid! I almost fell because of my shock but fortunately, I was able to hold his arm. It was as if I was sitting on his arm as my hands now wrapped around his neck as I leaned against his body. I was so stunned that he did it easily. When he banged on the iron gate it opened immediately so I hid my face in his neck.
