Chapter 13

• MONDAY EVENING.
• Adam was on a business call in his office when a knock came through on his glass walled door. Looking in the direction of the exit, he saw that it was Hugh, the personal investigator. He gestured for him to come in. Hugh obeyed. He got in and took a seat opposite Adam’s desk.
• Adam Sleeves was on the call for a few more minutes after which he attended to Hugh. “I’ve been dying to hear from you, Hugh. I hope it’s all good news.” Adam said with a tired voice as he crashed on the chair behind his desk.
