Chapter 37 Confrontation

• My best friend has been keeping things from me. I know because she started to grow distant from me whenever I try to ask what’s going on lately about her. I just can’t help but to get curious, at the same time, I have a feeling that it has something to do with Jane. I’m not sure if Khali is just doing this for my sake, because of what happened between me and Reese. Basically, Reese rejected me, not because she doesn’t like me but because she cares about Jane. She knows that it will be more complicated if we date each other while our best friends are having some issues but we couldn’t put our fingers on it.
• It surprised me knowing that Khali and Jane are talking again. There’s really something going on between them and now Khali is asking me to check on the girl she used to hate. I don’t have problem with that. I consider Jane as my friend and I would willingly check on her and how she’s doing right now. I don’t want to be pushier and interrogate Khali further because she tends to get anxious and I’m afraid to drive her up the wall if I insisted.
