• “So are you here with your girlfriend?” I asked the stranger who later introduced himself as Jackson. We were dancing along with a couple of other people who had given up on drinking and kissing.
• “Nope. I’m single actually and by the looks of it so are you.”
• His hands were on my waist and he was so close that we stood with our noses almost touching. I could tell that he had deep blue eyes and that his dark lashes were long.
