Chapter 18 An Unexpected Twist

• Josh and I made it to the hospital in no time. We ran in our wolf's form to get to the hospital faster. As soon as we returned to our human forms, we found ourselves completely naked in the hospital. Immediately, the nurses rushed to get us hospital gowns.
• The two of us rush to my mate's room, where we find her with only one child and wailing. When I pick up the baby, I smile at her, but I am wondering where my son is?
• My mate is still crying and not making any sense to me. So, I tucked my little girl into the bassinet. Keeping her close, I rub her back and hold her. As soon as she calmed down, she could speak coherently.
