Chapter 46
- Watching Jaxon stressed out and struggling to maintain his legacy was fun and satisfying. He was desperate for a solution, and trust was a luxury commodity, which he was careful to pick up from. His trust for his workers dropped drastically, and that was him trying to protect vital information from the traitor, but that was a wasted effort. I still have access to all the information concerning the pack. There was nothing he could do that would stop that. I got all the information that I needed from the pack, and without stress!
- I wished for him to struggle, to cry for help from other packs, especially rivalry packs, and that's the direction he's moving to. It would only take a little time, and everything would fall in place the way I always chose them.
- They were still oblivious to my identity. That was perfect, the type of deception that would keep them running around aimlessly. They do not know where their problem is coming from or where to attack from. The elders in the council were the worst ever produced. How can they agree to pointing fingers at each other, instead of stepping up to identify the real betrayal? Well, that was my gain, as it gave me more opportunity to continue feeding information to Seraphina and Morgath, and that way, the pack was crumbling beyond repairs.
