• Jaxon’s POV
• The night was not as expected; everywhere was unusually quiet, and a cold wind from the forest came blowing into the camp. On the balcony, I stood watching and lost in thoughts as I beheld the beauty of the whole Silver Moon Pack’s space from my chamber.
• Everything had not been moving well lately, starting from the arranged marriage with Seraphina rather than a forced marriage. The marriage that was supposed to bring peace and progress, was sowing seeds of distrust all over the whole pack, and to worsen the situation, the news of Darius Nightshade's return came flying up and down.
